Valerie Genua

Valerie Genua, 68, of Torrington, CT passed away at home on Saturday, September 18, 2021.

She leaves her sister, Rebecca Fainer and husband, James, of NH, brother, Paul Genua and his wife, Michelle, of SC, and sister, Christine Genua, of Terryville, CT. She also leaves her beloved nieces, nephews, great nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.  She is predeceased by her mother, Virginia (Sifford) Genua, father, Francis Genua, step-mother, Faithe Genua, brother, Mark Genua and baby sister, Rachel Genua.

Valerie received a degree in Early Childhood Development from UCONN and loved to practice her skills on her younger siblings, cousins and her much-loved nieces and nephews.
