Troy S. Bard

Troy S. Bard, 57, of Bristol passed away at home on October 30, 2025. Troy was born in Bristol, CT on June 5, 1968, son of Ronald Bard of Ohio and the late Ella (Dubay) Bard.

Troy was employed as a plumber for Ross Mechanical of New Britain. Troy was a member of the Bristol Fish & Game Club, the American Legion Plymouth Post #20, the Bristol Polish Club and the DAV of Bristol.  He was also a member of the American Legion Plymouth Post #20 Riders.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his companion Karen LaBelle of Bristol; his daughter Samantha Bard of Bristol; his brother, Kevin Bard of Bristol; his sister Sonya Argraves of Terryville and his five grandchildren, Aria, Benntley, Gianna, Reina and Kainan.

A memorial service was held at 7:00PM on Tuesday Nov. 4, 2025, at the Scott Funeral Home, 169 Main St., Terryville. www.scottfuneralhomeinc.com

A Celebration of Life for Troy will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at the Bristol Fish and Game, 700 Beecher Rd, Wolcott, CT, from 2-6 PM.
