Theresa A. (Vontell) Soucy

Theresa A. Soucy, 79, of Torrington, passed away Thursday July 8, 2021 at the Hospital of Central Connecticut, New Britain.

Theresa was born January 19, 1942 in Farmington, CT, daughter of the late Leon and Yvonne (Frenette) Vontell.  Prior to her retirement she was employed by Newcomb Spring of Plainville.

She is survived by her sons, Paul Soucy Bristol, Michael Soucy and his wife Catherine of Terryville and Kenneth Soucy of Torrington; her brothers, Raymond Vontell of OH, Richard Vontell and  Roland Vontell both of Bristol; her sisters, Nancy Barnett of Bristol, June Cowles of Terryville and Barbara Piazza of Bristol; her grandchildren, Matthew, Megan, Collin, Danielle, Eric and Michael; her great grandson Bradley Dinkla, and many nieces and nephews.  She is predeceased by a brother, Robert Vontell.
