Thaddeus Paul Cesarski, 63, left his earthly home for eternal life and an extended fishing trip on Thursday August 26, 2021. Ted was born on December 27, 1957 to the late Thaddeus and Celia (Rudzinski) Cesarski and has lived in Terryville his entire life. Growing up, Ted was a member of St Casimir Church and served as an altar boy for several years. He was a graduate of Terryville High School and worked at OZ Gedney until his health forced him into retirement. Despite his physical limitations, Ted selflessly helped his neighbors by checking in on them, mowing their lawns on his riding mower, or plowing their driveways on his tractor, never expecting anything but a warm smile. Ted was meticulous in everything he did and enjoyed searching for hours on his laptop for the best product to use for his current project. He loved the outdoors- ice hockey when he was younger, fishing, hunting, and gardening when he was physically able. As a strong believer in his faith, he loved reading his Bible. Ted loved God and knew he had a plan for his life. Ted leaves behind his loving and devoted wife Lisa (Gagnon); his cherished daughter Sarah and her fiancé Brandon, and Ellie, his loyal Golden Retriever whom he shared many hours and meals with; his father and mother-in-law, Joe and Linda Gagnon; in-laws Kevin and Sally Gagnon, Tim and Jeni Gagnon, and Wendy Gagnon. He leaves four sisters, Barbara Licki and husband Roland, Linda Halik and husband Joe, Judy Cesarski, and Nanc Amoroso; seven nieces and two nephews, Allison, Francesca, Olivia, Aleecia, Elizabeth, Abigail, Logan, Zachary and Tanner, whom he loved dearly; and several cousins. Ted was recently predeceased by his youngest sister Teresa Brauer, and most recently his brother-in-law Jim Amoroso. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
