Susan (Gillis) Albanese, 78, of Terryville, passed away Saturday October 9, 2021 at Cook Willow Health Care Center, Plymouth.

Susan was born June 21, 1943 in Ann Arbor, MI, daughter of the late Robert and Jean Douglas) Gillis. Prior to her retirement she was employed as a speech therapist for the Middlebury School District. Susan loved to knit.

She is survived by her companion, Joseph Watts of Terryville; her son Michael Albanese and his wife Mary Ann of NY. She was predeceased by her son, Andy Albanese.
