Obituary

Roland A. Collins, 86, of Bristol, husband of the late Loretta (Dubay) Collins, passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at Bristol Hospital. He was born March 4, 1936, in Presque Isle, ME, son of the late Patrick and Zeniade Collins.

Roland proudly served his country in the US Airforce during the Korean War as a firefighter. Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a truck driver for many years. Roland loved fishing, John Wayne movies, his girls, his grandchildren and his great grandchildren.

Roland is survived by his daughters, Debra Michaud and her husband Joyime of Wolcott, Cindy Collins and her love Dave Rolfe, and Tammy Collins and her love Ken “Ogie” Clinton; several brothers and sisters; his grandsons, Jason and his wife Becky, and Patrick; his great grandchildren, Skyler, Jaylynn, Starlett, Emily and Hanah; and his extra special friends, his dog Willie and his cat Calie.
