Robert L. Chaplinski

Robert L. Chaplinski, 75, of Bristol, husband of the late Hannah (Johnson) Chaplinski, passed away Friday, October 25, 2024, at Bristol Hospital. He was born December 4, 1948, in Bristol, son of the late Marshall and Mildred (Boglarski) Chaplinski.

Robert proudly served his country in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. Prior to his retirement, he was employed by Associated Spring in Bristol. Robert was a parishioner of St. Gregory Church in Bristol and a member of the Bristol Elks Lodge 1010.

Robert is survived by his nephews. Besides his wife he was predeceased by his brother, Bruce Chaplinski.

Private services will be held at St. Gregory Church, Bristol. Burial with military honors will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol. Scott Funeral Home, 169 Main St, Terryville, is assisting with the arrangements. www.scottfuneralhomeinc.com
