Peter J. Speranza, 35, of Bristol, passed away tragically, Sunday, October 6, 2024, while taking a cruise on a motorcycle. He was born September 27, 1989, in Bristol, son of Peter M. Speranza of Stafford Springs and the late Deborah (Monahan) Speranza.
Peter graduated from New England Tractor Trailer Training School (NETTTS) in Somers, CT with his CDL and was employed by Ocean Star Transportation, LLC in Berlin. He was a hardworking man and took pride in being a great provider for his family and was eager to start his own construction company soon. Peter was very family oriented. His boys, “the babes” are who inspired him to work hard and do everything he could to make sure they had the best life. He was passionate about motorcycles, especially Harley Davidson’s. When he wasn’t working, he spent time with the babes, taking them out fishing on his boat.
Besides his father, Peter leaves behind his best friend and love of his life, Jessica Decker; his sons, the babes, William and Jonathan; his aunts, Judy Eckstrom and her husband John and their daughter Emily, Louise “Lee” Dubay and her husband Jim and Sharon Valentino; his uncle Pat Speranza and his wife Madelynn; his beloved dogs, Tiffany and Tucker and several cousins, and other extended family members. Peter was predeceased by his mother, his stepfather David Valley, his grandparents and other extended family members.
