Patricia (Latasse) Doherty, 89, of Thomaston, wife of the late William Doherty, passed peacefully at home on Sunday, June 7, 2026. She was born April 27, 1937, in Derby, daughter of the late William and Helen (Ondek) Latasse.
Prior to her retirement, she was employed by Cousins and Johnson as a Paralegal. She was a parishioner of Immaculate conception Church in Terryville, had her Associates Degree and was a member of the Plymouth Historical Society. She also ran the Shelton House Bed & Breakfast Inn in Plymouth.
Patricia is survived by her son Kevin Doherty of Thomaston; her daughter Maureen Foster and her husband Will of Milford; her sister Linda Davis and her husband Eugene in Shelton; her sisters-in-law Irene Stevens and Lorraine Doherty; her son-in-law Steven Wysowski of PA; her grandchildren Amy and Brian Wysowski; great grandchildren Jordan, Stella and Henry and numerous nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and her parents, she was predeceased by her daughter Anne Wysowski.
A graveside service for Patricia will be held Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 12PM at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Terryville. Scott Funeral Home, 169 Main St, is assisting with the arrangements. www.scottfuneralhomeinc.com
