Nancy Marshall (Yale) Delliber, 89, of Thomaston, widow of Donald C. Delliber Sr., passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at Bristol Hospital. She was born September 4, 1935, in Bristol, daughter of the late Kenneth and Gertrude (Marshall) Yale.
Prior to her retirement, Nancy was employed by the Town of Thomaston. She loved to paint and knit. When they were younger, she and Donald traveled throughout Europe for three weeks and she loved to reminisce about the trip. Nancy also enjoyed camping when their children were young. Nancy was a very avid reader. She enjoyed being with her cats, and making sure the other animals in the neighborhood were fed.
Nancy is survived by her sons, Donald C. Delliber Jr. of Warren, Kenneth E. Sr. Delliber and his wife Cynthia of Bristol, and Eric Delliber of Austin, TX; her daughter Nancy Delliber and her partner Paul Pajeski of Terryville; her brother Edward C. Yale of Hondo, TX; her grandchildren, Kelly, Andrew, Gabriel, Kenneth Jr., Katie and Tyler; her 14 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild on the way.
Services for Nancy will be private. Burial will be in West Cemetery, Plymouth at the convenience of the family. Scott Funeral Home, 169 Main St, Terryville, is assisting with the arrangements. www.scottfuneralhomeinc.com
