John Peter Pescarmona

John Peter Pescarmona, 72, of Terryville, passed away Wednesday Sept. 14, 2022 at Bristol Hospital.

John was born January 19, 1950 in Bristol, CT, son of the late Charles and Elia (Gerini) Pescarmona.  He was a U.S. Army veteran serving during the Vietnam War era.  Prior to his illness he was employed as a carpenter for Steven-N-Sons Home Improvements. He was a parishioner of the Immaculate Conception Church, Terryville and former member of the Terryville Fish & Game Club.

He is survived by his brothers, Paul Pescarmona of Terryville and James Pescarmona and wife Barbara of Terryville; his nieces Shannon Drouin and husband Mark, Sara Schwartz and husband Aaron; his nephews, Thomas Pescarmona and wife Cailin, Michael Pescarmona and girlfriend, Katelyn and his great nephew, Stephen Pescarmona.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00AM on Thursday September 22, 2022 at Immaculate Conception Church, Terryville. Burial with military honors will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Terryville.  Relatives and friends may visit at the Scott Funeral Home, 169 Main St., Terryville on Wednesday evening from 6 – 8 PM.
