Joan (Bialack) Pannone

Joan (Bialack) Pannone, 84, of Terryville, our beloved mother went to be with the Lord on July 20, 2021, peacefully passing at her home.  Born and raised in Stamford, CT, Joan was the daughter of Walter and Stephanie Bialack. She is survived by her two brothers, John and Robert (Susan) Bialack, her children Patricia Lanesey, Paul (Diana) Martinik and her former husband Mario Pannone. She was predeceased by her children, Kathryn and Edward Martinik.  Joan also leaves behind to cherish her memory seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.  Joan took care of many people throughout her life and she persevered through many challenges, a testament to her strong faith in God.  She will be missed by many.  Relatives and friends may call at the Scott Funeral Home, 169 Main St., Terryville on Friday from 9:30AM until leaving for St. Casimir Church, Terryville for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00AM.  Memorial donations may be made to the Plymouth Food Pantry, 20 Dewey Ave., Terryville, CT 06786.   www.scottfuneralhomeinc.com
