Obituary
Joan (Makara) Lebrun, 84, of Bristol, formerly of Terryville, passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at the Pines at Bristol. Joan was born February 11, 1938, in Terryville, daughter of the late John and Elenore (Wysenski) Makara.
Joan was a member of the Former Christian Fellowship Church in Bristol. She loved her family, camping and baking.
Joan leaves behind her daughters, Brenda Marseglia and her husband Louis of Bristol, Shirley Hapeman and her husband Allen of Terryville, and Sheila Armlin and her husband Phil of NY; her grandchildren, Amber, Louie, Allen, Joshua and Kristy; her 7 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Casimir Church on Friday, March 18 at 11:00 AM. Friends and family may call at the Scott Funeral Home, 169 Main St, Terryville, from 10:00 AM until leaving for church. Burial will be in the spring at Hillside Cemetery, Terryville. www.scottfuneralhomeinc.com
