Gregory Duclos Obituary

Gregory J Duclos, 73, of Terryville, passed away peacefully, Saturday, October 26, 2024, in Hartford. He was born July 23, 1951, son of the late Stanton and Caroline “Bauchie” (Seglerski) Duclos.

Greg, also known as Duke, graduated from Bristol Central High School and had a long career at Pratt & Whitney until retirement. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, keeping his Tundra and other vehicles immaculate, watching NASCAR, and going to lunch and breakfast with his “Dam Beavers.” Friends and family will remember the warm gatherings in his beautifully maintained yard and pool.

Greg leaves behind his best friend and love of his life, Suzanne (Stafford); his daughters, Melissa Pearson and Jessica Hogan; his sons in law, Darren Pearson and Jeffrey Hogan; his grandchildren, Dallen Pearson, Collin Pearson, Ethan Pearson DPT, USMC Lance Corporal Cole Hogan, Tori Hogan, and Brody Hogan; and plenty of extended family and friends.

Greg was predeceased by his parents; his two sisters and their husbands, Joan and Arthur Johnson, and Barbara and Warren Grant; his brother, William Duclos; his beloved mother-in-law Simone Merriman; and his brothers in law, Gary Stafford, Dave Stafford, and Ray Chasse.
