Esther (Labato) Nadeau

Esther (Labato) Nadeau, 98, of Bristol, widow of Gerard William Nadeau, Sr., passed away Sunday, July 10, 2022, at Bristol Hospital. She was born in Bristol on February 9, 1924, daughter of the late Anthony and Catherine (Palmisano) Labato.

Esther leaves behind her son Gerard Nadeau and his wife Sandy of Terryville; a sister Rose LeFemine of Farmington; her grandchildren, Jay Nadeau, Jill and Lee Johnston, Mark Nadeau and Elizabeth Nadeau; her 14 great-grandchildren, Spencer, Allison, Nicholas, Jack, Anna, Kiersten, Abigail, Gianna, Caleb, Alexa, Michah, Gabrielle, Christian, and Gabriel; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband, Esther was predeceased by her son William George Nadeau; three brothers, Michael and Cesario Labato and Angelo DiCrisantis; and two sisters, Angie Mozelak and Julia Lagasse.

The family would like to thank all family and friends, the staff at Bristol Hospital, and the Hospice team for their compassionate care and kindness.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 14, from the Scott Funeral Home, 169 Main St, Terryville, to St. Anthony Church, Bristol, for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 AM.
