Christine (Pearson) Post

Christine (Pearson) Post, 79, of Terryville, wife of the late M. Bruce Post, passed away Saturday, November 18, 2023, at the Pines in Bristol. She was born December 25, 1943, in Waterbury, daughter of the late Clifford and Shirley (Green) Pearson.

Prior to her retirement, Christine was employed by Seth Thomas Clock of Thomaston. She was a devoted wife and mother, devoting her life to her daughter, Jennifer.  

Christine is survived by her daughters, Rebecca Cyr and her husband David of Bristol, Karen Bernier and her husband Thomas of Bristol, and Jennifer Post of Wethersfield; her brothers, Ronald Pearson of TX and Clifford Pearson of TN; her sisters, Carol Favale of AZ, Laurie Rinaldi of TN and Amy Barry of TN; her granddaughters Kristina and Olivia; her great-granddaughter Riley and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held 11:30 AM Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at the Scott Funeral Home, 169 Main St, Terryville. Burial will be in Peacedale Cemetery, Bristol. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home from 9:30 AM until the service.
