Brian P. LaPonte

Brian P. LaPonte, 71 of Bristol, husband of Nellie-Jo (Langer) LaPonte, passed aways Saturday, May 17, 2025, at Bristol Hospital. He was born March 26, 1954, in Bristol, son of the late Peter J. and Barbara (Cervis) LaPonte.

Brian was a parishioner of St. Gregory’s Church, Bristol. He loved his 1970 Corvette and his 69’ Cadillac. He loved nature, gardening, hiking, trips to Cape Cod and his dogs.

Besides his beloved wife, Nellie-Jo, Brian leaves behind his cousins, Laurene, Michael, Laura, Julie, Mark and Elaine, as well as several brother-in-law’s and sister-in-law’s.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, May 24, 2025, 11AM, at the Immaculate Conception Church, 170 Main St, Terryville. Scott Funeral Home, 169 Main St, Terryville, is assisting with the arrangements. www.scottfuneralhomeinc.com
