Brenda L. (Turner) Frantzis

Brenda L. (Turner) Frantzis, 70, of Terryville, passed away Friday, August 1, 2025, peacefully at home, after a brief illness. She was born October 31, 1954, in New Brunswick City, NJ, daughter of the late James and Kathleen (Boutote) Turner.

Brenda worked for many years as a bus driver. She loved to help any animal in need. She was very generous, always donating to various shelters and helping feed stray cats. Brenda was known for her unwavering compassion and deep affection for animals.

Brenda leaves behind her daughter April Feola and her husband Michael Feola of Terryville; son Todd Piascik and his wife Lisa Piascik, of Waterbury; her kitty Nugget; her brothers, Jim Turner of NY and Clifford Turner of CA; her sister Sandra Humphries of TX; and her beloved grandchildren, Michael T. Feola and Autumn Feola and Arianna Piascik and Derek Piascik. Besides her parents, Brenda was predeceased by her sister Linda Turner of Winsted.
