Barbara Ann (Roskosky) Pescarmona

Barbara Ann Pescarmona, 75, of Terryville passed away on June 20, 2026, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. She was born in Bristol, CT on November 9, 1950, to the late Vincent and Alice (Orloski) Roskosky. She was a lifelong Terryville resident. She was an elementary school teacher for the Plymouth Public Schools for 36 years. Barbara was a long-time member of St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish. She is survived by James, her husband of 52 years, 2 sons Thomas (Cailin) of Cheshire and Michael (Katelyn) of Terryville, 2 beloved grandchildren Stephen and Oriella, several nieces, nephews, and cousins as well as many long-time friends. Besides her parents she was predeceased by two brothers, Howard and Richard Roskosky.  Barbara enjoyed gardening, word puzzles, and long car rides. 

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday June 25, 2026, at Immaculate Conception Church, 170 Main Street, Terryville.  Burial to follow will be at St. Mary Cemetery, Terryville. Relatives and friends may visit at the Scott Funeral Home, 169 Main Street in Terryville on Wednesday June 24, 2026, from 6-8 PM.
