Barbara (Delay) Fiorillo

Barbara (Delay) Fiorillo, 93, of Bristol, former Terryville resident, widow of Louis Fiorillo, Jr., passed away Thursday, October 3, 2024, at Sheriden Woods Health Care Center in Bristol. She was born September 28, 1931, in Bristol, CT, daughter of the late Marcel and Luella (Barber) Delay.

Prior to her retirement, Barbara was employed by Bristol Hospital. She was an avid UCONN Women’s Basketball fan. She loved to be outside in her garden and she loved her family, especially her great grandchildren.

Barbara is survived by her sons, Louis Fiorillo, III and his wife Sheryl of Pawleys Island, SC, Donald and Gary Fiorillo both of Bristol; her daughter Joan Deabay and her husband Gary of Palm Bay, FL; her granddaughters, Stacie and Jaime; her beloved great grandchildren, Alexis, Kayden, Makenna and Dresyn, and her buddy and best friend, her dog Hunter. Besides her husband, Barbara was predeceased by her siblings, Alfred and Henry Delay and Carol Scoville.

Family and friends may visit at the Scott Funeral Home, 169 Main St, Terryville, Monday, October 7, from 9-10 AM with a service at 10. Burial will follow in St. Joseph cemetery, Bristol. www.scottfuneralhomeinc.com
