Alan Michael Ray Chapman

Alan Michael Ray Chapman, 32, of Bristol, passed away at home on Tuesday, July 5, 2022. Alan was born on October 9, 1989, in Bristol, son of Jennifer (Chapman) Qualey and the late Brian Norton Winters.

Alan was a hard worker and worked as a landscaper. He loved being outside and seeing the beauty in nature. His work proved it. When he was two years old, his grandfather taught him how to play guitar and his love for the guitar only grew over the years. He was someone who loved life, enjoyed people and cared about everyone. He will be missed dearly by everyone who knew him.

Besides his mother, Alan is survived by his stepfather David Qualey; his maternal grandparents Michael and Joyce Ann Myszka; his maternal great-grandmother Evangeline Roonie; his brothers, Luke Winters, Joseph Bennett and Steven Bennett; his sister Aubrey Ann Newburry; his aunt Linda Barrett and her husband Danny; his aunt Michelle Giouard and her husband Kris; his uncle Leonard Chapman and his wife Ruth, and their six children; his uncle Mark Myszka and his wife Ann; his cousins, Elizabeth Winters, Rebecca Barrett, Scott Barrett and his wife Tessa, Frankie, Andy, and Maggie Myszka, Brianna Brousseau and her daughter Sage, Josie and Gabriella Giouard, and Crystal Yurchick and her son Dylan Porcello; his second-cousin Artie and his wife Marguerite Armstrong and their children, Timmy and Art Jr.; his first stepfather Joseph Bennett, who he called “Pops” and he remained close with and his wife Tina. Alan also leaves his fiancée Autumn Carson, and many aunts, uncles and cousins in the Chapman family. Alan was predeceased by his father; his paternal grandmother Kathy Winters; his uncle Jeff Winters; and his aunt, Cheryl Winters.
