Uncle Van,
We are so sad and sorry to hear of Aunt Joan’s passing. I have a lot of fond memories of her, especially when we lived at the lake. You took wonderful care of her for a very long time. She’s finally at peace, no longer in pain, and no demons racing through her head. She was a wonderful lady until this hideous disease robbed her of herself. I’m sure to you, she was as kind, caring, loving and beautiful as she was the day you married. She must be dancing and singing with Peter and Carol. Much love... Diane (and Don)

Vito and family... I am so, so sorry to hear about Joan's passing. What a loving couple, it was always a pleasure to be around you, and you raised wonderful kids. I know she's with Pete and Nancy now and they all have joy in their hearts now. I'll never forget babysitting for the girls that week back in the 70's, we had a good time. Our families lives threaded through four decades with EPL, Nimslo, and finally CPI. (Mom & Dad were Don & Gail Jones and my brother Kurt, they are all gone now) I pray you all find some peace in your hearts as time passes... My love to you all.
