I am so sorry to hear of Marie's passing. She was a wonderful nurse and friend and I enjoyed working with her through the years. I pray she is at peace and her family is comforted by the fact that she loved them all so very much and was so proud of them and would speak of them often.

Dear Chris and Celeste: Please accept my condolences to all of you and give Bob a hug for me. I always counted Marie as a good friend. Just this weekend I was thinking of her and said to my girls that I had to give her a call. Last time we talked she was having a hard time. She told me she would call when she was feeling better. She was such a good women and loved all of you so much. A good nurse and I respected her and her principles. Truly I will miss her so much.

Love,
Judy

celeste and "chrissie"...i met your mom almost 40 years ago as a scared cna who learnt so much under that pointing shaking finger, with her hand on her hips and her head disagreeing with my pranks..only to wait for that smile that i knew would come slowly. she made my wedding dress for me, and i became a nurse and worked with her for many memorible nights on 11-7. under that tough skin was a heart so big, she was so proud of you girls, and never rested in taking care of bob. my heart is sad today as i close my eyes and remember...all that she was. god bless that woman...i called her "ma" too.
