Raymond Veilleux, 72, of Pequabuck, husband of the late Jennie (Prill) Veilleux died Sunday at the Farmington Care Center.
Raymond was born Feb. 20, 1936 in Bristol, Ct. He was the son of the late Joseph and Marie (Gagne) Veilleux. Prior to his retirement he worked as a custodian in the Plymouth Town Hall. Raymond was a communicant of St. Casimir Church, Terryville.
He is survived by three sons, Joseph Veilleux of Ephrata, PA, Paul Veilleux of Torrington and Lee Veilleux of Illinois; four sisters, Rita Johnson of Bristol, Louise Jaintonio of Florida, Germaine Lombardie of Bristol and Marie Gorneault of Bristol; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Friday (Jan. 2, 2008) 8:00p.m. at the Scott Funeral Home, 169 Main St., Terryville. Burial at a later date will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Terryville. Friends may call at the funeral home Friday evening from 6:00 - 8:00p.m.
