Genevieve (L'Heureux) Zoni, 86, of Terryville, widow of Ambrose D. Zoni died Saturday at Countryside Manor, Bristol.

Genevieve was born December 24, 1923 in Bristol, CT. She was the daughter of the late Armand and Olivine (Cote) L'Heureux and had been a long time resident of Terryville. Genevieve loved and cared for all children and was the most loving mom. She also enjoyed crossword puzzles.
She is survived by her sons, Peter Zoni of Brewster, MA, Joseph Zoni and his wife Nadine of Canton, Ambrose Zoni and his wife Denise of Beaufort, SC, Alex Zoni and his wife Dawn of Frisco, CO; her daughters, Marie Haase and her husband Ted of Bristol, Francesca Isola and her husband Allen of Canton, Angela Mault and her husband Joe of Brewster, MA, Lisa Teekema and her husband Geoff of Franklin MA; twelve grandchildren, one great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Scott Funeral Home, 169 Main St., Terryville is assisting the family with arrangements.
